Notice is hereby given that at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2008 and, if needed, Friday, May 30, 2008, I, Charles W. Sembler, Tax Collector of Indian River County, Florida, will sell Tax Certificates on the advertised described land to pay the amount due which includes costs, interest, and prorated advertising as well as taxes.  Said sale will be held in the County Commission Chambers at the County Administration Complex, 1801 27th Street - Building A, Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.

The 2007 Delinquent Real Estate Tax parcels will be published in the Indian River Press Journal on May 14th, 21st and 28th.  Due to the additional cost of removing a taxpayer's name from the delinquent publications, the Tax Collector will be unable to remove a taxpayer's name from the delinquent publications if payment for taxes was received after 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2008.

In order to avoid a tax certificate being sold against unpaid taxes on your property, payment must be received by mail, internet or walk-in at one of the three Indian River County Tax Collector's Offices no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2008.
