General Information

Payments for property tax bills, local business tax renewals, motor vehicle registration renewals, mobile home registration renewals, and vessel (boats) registration renewals may be made by cash, check, money order, or may be made online using your credit card, debit card, or e-check (electronic check directly from your bank account). In addition, property taxes can be paid via wire transfer. See below for an explanation of each form of payment. Cash, Check and Money Order Payments

Checks or money orders are made payable to the “CAROLE JEAN JORDAN, TAX COLLECTOR ”, in U.S. funds and drawn on U.S. banks.

Do not send cash through the mail. Cash payments can only be made over the counter at one of the Indian River County Tax Collector's Office.

Wire Transfer Payments

Credit Card, Debit Card, and E-Check Payments

In-Person Office Payments:

• For TAX payments, we accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, Visa®, debit cards with a MasterCard© or Visa® logo in person at any of the Indian River County Tax Collector’s office locations.  All transactions are secure and provided to you through a third party processor, Grant Street Group, Inc.   Service charges do apply.

 

• For DMV, Driver License and Hunting/Fishing payments, we accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, and debit card with a MasterCard© logo in person at any of the Indian River County Tax Collector’s office locations.  All transactions are secure and provided to you through a third party processor, Grant Street Group, Inc.   Service charges do apply.

  Please note:  Due to Visa® regulations, Visa® (credit & debit) is not accepted in the office for DMV, Driver License and Hunting/Fishing payments.

On-Line Payments:

• We accept payments online by American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, Visa®, debit cards with a MasterCard© or Visa® logo, and e-check (electronic check directly from your bank account). All transactions are secure and provided to you through a third party processor, Grant Street Group, Inc.
