• Florida residents currently residing outside Florida on military orders may apply for title and registration by mail.

• Information and forms may be obtained over the Internet from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle or contact the Indian River County Tax Collector’s office for additional information or to obtain forms and instructions to complete your title application.

• Please note, the original title or Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin must accompany your application.
